Terms of Service
parenting-network.com provides users with access to a collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, search services, personalized content and branded programming through its network which may be accessed freely by it's members, and will hereby referred to as the "Service."
You understand and agree that this Service may include advertisements distributed throughout the site, and that these advertisements are necessary for parenting-network.com to provide the (free) Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from parenting-network.com. such as service announcements, and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of parenting-network.com membership. You will not be required to purchase anything found on or in parenting-network.com in order to maintain membership.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new parenting-network.com properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that parenting-network.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. (though our tech administrators will always do their best!)
